Please be aware that no one other than OWEA, OAWWA or George Fern should be reaching out to you regarding your booth. George Fern is our decorating company who will be your touch point for carpet, electricity, etc. They will be contacting you by email, NOT PHONE. We are aware that some exhibitors have been contacted by individuals in no way affiliated with George Fern, One Water, OWEA or OAWWA. Please note we DO NOT sell our attendee or exhibitor list and anyone who is contacting you regarding this is not legitimate.

Hotel reservations at the negotiated rates can only be made through the Booking Link listed on this page. One Water does not authorize or endorse any other housing service or independent broker. For your own protection, do not make reservations through any other housing or travel company.

Before June 17, 2026, you do not need to pay at the time of your registration but we do require payment in full by June 17, 2026 or your booth will be released. Registrations made after June 17, 2026 will require payment in full at the time of registration.

We need a name for each booth. Please register with the person you think will be attending. Substitutions or additions can be made until July 22, 2026 by following a link at the bottom of your confirmation email. After July 22, substitutions or additions forms will be available on this webpage. Please complete prior to arriving to speed up check-in.
It’s guaranteed booth traffic! The Exhibitor Passport is a Bingo Card that will be included in each attendee’s registration packet. The exhibitor will receive a stamp to mark their space off the card once the attendee has visited your booth. Completed cards can be entered to win one large prize and several small prizes. Please keep in mind this often sells out quickly.
Our service provider will email registered attendees after the payment deadline of 6/17/26 with a detailed web portal including all options and prices for ordering. You will be able to order any additional services at this time.
A heavy equipment booth is a 20 ft. x 10 ft. space that is completely open, no table, no draping, to allow for heavy equipment to be brought in. Bringing in heavy equipment will incur additional costs and will need to be purchased through our service provider.
Yes! The main exhibitor will have access to technical sessions with the QR code on their badge. Additional booth attendees will not receive a barcode and will not have access to sessions. If your additional booth attendees would like to attend a session they should instead register as an attendee.
We will have engineers, operators, regulatory, manufacturer’s reps, and laboratory professionals from all aspects of the water and wastewater industry.
An attendee list containing names and companies will be available to registered exhibitors after registration closes on July 22, 2026. Please email info@onewaterohio.org to request a list.
One Water is a joint effort between OWEA and OAWWA and replaces both organizations' separate conferences.

Tickets for all meals and social events are included in the registration. If you would like to purchase an additional evening social ticket for a client or spouse, please email info@onewaterohio.org and we can add it to your existing registration. Tickets can also be purchased at the registration desk during the conference but could involve significant wait times.
No. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty. Substitutions can be made until July 22, 2026 by following a link at the bottom of your confirmation email. After July 23, a substitution form will be available on this webpage. Partial substitutions are not allowed. Registrants must transfer their entire registration to a new person, not just a portion.

One Water's Exhibitor Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received by June 17, 2026 in order to be eligible for a refund minus applicable credit card fees. Any cancellations after June 17, 2026 or no shows will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made for personal or family illnesses due to allowing substitutions without penalty.
Registration will open at 12 PM on Monday and 7 AM on Tuesday.
